Methods of payment
The available payment methods are credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and PAYPAL. No transaction data will be stored as payments are made through a secure payment gateway. Data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the financial institution which will request authentication and authorization of the transaction.

Para su seguridad en LUZ GALÉNICA S.L. hemos confiado en el sistema de pago mediante tarjeta de crédito REDSYS . The bank details entered are encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank’s servers and then verified with the issuing bank to prevent fraud and abuse. This data entry procedure is guaranteed by 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems currently available, thanks to which no third party will have access via the Internet to this information relating to the banking data entered by the customer. Only the Bank has access to the bank details linked to these means of payment, so that LUZ GALÉNICA S.L. does not know or record these details during the payment transaction.
Shipping costs and delivery times
- Shipping cost €6 Free shipping from €40
- Delivery time (from the date the order is shipped): within 24-72 hours on working days. The delivery time could be longer, depending on the delivery delegations in each area. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will leave our facilities the next business day.
- Orders placed during the day up to 3:30 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.
We cannot deliver on Sundays or holidays. For Saturday delivery, or a specific date, please contact us at info@luzbotanica.com. This service has an additional cost depending on the place to which it is sent.
In special campaigns, delivery times could be longer than 24/48 hours.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the gift box, you have 15 days from the date it was delivered to return it. Send us an email and we will confirm the delivery address. You only have to send us the box by courier, without the products inside being opened or used. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receipt and verification that everything is in perfect condition, we will proceed to pay you the amount of the box within 15 calendar days of receipt.

All our products include V.A.T. included in the price.
Prices
Los productos se venderán al precio que se indica, siendo vigente el que se recoge en el momento de la confirmación del pedido por parte del cliente.
Validity
LUZ GALÉNICA S.L. reserves the right to modify prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.
Availability
We work with small companies that sometimes may be out of stock, in the event that any of the products included in the box is not available LUZ GALÉNICA S.L. reserves the right to replace the product with another of similar characteristics of another brand.
Warranty
Las garantías y servicios postventa se regirán por el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 de 16 de noviembre que aprueba el texto de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios. According to this rule, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in conformity with the contract, being liable to him for any lack of conformity. The consumer and user has the right to have the product repaired, replaced, the price reduced or the contract rescinded.
